Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls from customers and potential customers
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer accounts and file documents
  • Engage customers in a very respectable and friendly manner
  • Respond promptly to all customer needs
  • Pass on any challenging/complex customer complaints to the appropriate teams and follow-up with the team for quick resolution
  • Take feedback on customer experiences
  • Manage all Q Shop social media pages, specifically Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Monitor engagements, trends and growth on all Q Shop social media accounts and share weekly reports on these
  • Take initiatives to increase Q Shop’s engagement with customers online and offline

Requirements

  • Must possess an HND or degree in any relevant field
  • Experience working with customer support
  • Must be conversant with using social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers always
  • Must demonstrate critical thinking skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work under pressure
  • Must be responsive and punctual in all your duties
